Cancellation Policy
*Due to the limited number of sessions I offer a day, I have implemented changes to my cancellation and rescheduling policy.
All sessions and readings made through online scheduling are paid at the time of booking and will not be refunded.
All in-person and virtual sessions, regardless of booking method, may be rescheduled up to 5 days prior to the start of the appointment.
Virtual services from Two Bluebirds that are delivered to you via email will not be refunded.
Tickets purchased for Two Bluebirds’ group classes and events will not be refunded.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations
No-shows or late cancellations to any session or reading will not be refunded.
Rescheduling an Appointment
For in-person sessions, you can reschedule up to 5 days before your appointment begins without penalty for the original appointment time you booked. You will receive a reminder email 6 days before your session, an email reminder 24 hours before your session, and an email and text 2 hours before your session. If you need to reschedule, please do so when you receive your email reminder 6 days before the session.
For virtual sessions that do not require any work from Kayley at Two Bluebirds prior to your session, you can reschedule one time, up to 5 days before your appointment begins without being charged for the appointment you booked. You will receive a reminder email 6 days, 48 hours, 24 hours, and an email and text 2 hours before your session.
In Case of Illness and Emergencies
If you (or someone in your family who you need to care for or someone you have had close contact with) is ill and contagious on the day of your session/reading and you are not able to give advance notice, please contact Kayley at Two Bluebirds as soon as possible. Please do not come to an in-person session or reading when you or someone you have had contact with is sick or contagious.
In cases of emergency or illness with less than 24-hour notice of cancellation, I’ll reschedule your session one time at no extra cost. If you cancel that rescheduled session, are a no-show at the rescheduled session, or need to do a late cancellation a second time for the same session that was already rescheduled once, you will be subject to the full price of your session.
In case of an emergency or an illness, please contact me as soon as you are able to do so.
Earlier rescheduling is greatly appreciated so I can ensure I keep a full schedule and can manage my small business and my finances effectively.
Winter Weather
For in-person sessions and readings – if winter driving conditions make it unsafe for us to travel on the day of your session/reading, we will plan to make your session virtual and do the session at the planned day and time. If bad weather that affects travel and road conditions is expected, I’ll be reaching out to you to discuss details!
