Cancellation Policy

*Due to the limited number of sessions I offer a day and the previously high number of clients rescheduling their sessions the day before their session, I have implemented changes to my cancellation and rescheduling policy.

All in-person sessions, regardless of booking method, may be rescheduled or canceled up to 5 days prior to the start of the appointment.

All virtual sessions may be rescheduled one time if they are rescheduled at least 5 days before the virtual session is scheduled to start.

Virtual services from Two Bluebirds that are delivered to you via email will not be refunded.

Tickets purchased for Two Bluebirds’ group classes and events will not be refunded.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Any no-shows (booking an appointment and not showing up) and late cancellations (cancellations made less than 5 days before your session is scheduled to begin) will be charged the full price of the service you booked and a small service charge for processing your payment online, using the card you used to reserve your service. When you book a service in my online calendar, you agree that if you do not show up to your appointment or cancel with less than 5 days’ notice, you give permission to Two Bluebirds to charge your card on file for the full price of the service you booked and a small service charge for processing your payment online. In the case of no-shows or late cancellations with no communication from the person who booked the service, Two Bluebirds will wait 24 hours after your service was scheduled to begin before charging the card on file.

Any pre-paid appointments that are no-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

Rescheduling an Appointment (with no charge)

For in-person sessions, you can reschedule up to 5 days before your appointment begins without being charged for the original appointment time you booked. You will receive a reminder email 6 days, 24 hours, and an email and text 2 hours before your session. If you need to reschedule, please do so when you receive your reminder 6 days before the session.

For virtual sessions that do not require any work from Two Bluebirds prior to your session (video call with Kayley), you can reschedule one time, up to 5 days before your appointment begins without being charged for the appointment you booked. You will receive a reminder email 6 days, 48 hours, 24 hours, and an email and text 2 hours before your session.

Virtual services from Two Bluebirds that are delivered to you via email will not be refunded.

Events and Classes

Tickets or spots purchased for events or classes with Two Bluebirds will not be refunded.

In Case of Illness and Emergencies

If you (or someone in your family that you need to care for) becomes ill on the day of your appointment and you are not able to give advance notice, please contact Kayley at Two Bluebirds as soon as possible. Please do not come to an appointment when you or someone close to you is sick.

In cases of emergency or illness with less than 24-hour notice of cancellation, I’ll reschedule your session one time at no extra cost. If you cancel that rescheduled session, are a no-show at the rescheduled session, or need to do a late cancellation a second time for the same session that was already rescheduled once, you will be subject to the full price of your session.

In case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as you are able to do so.

Rescheduling or earlier cancellation is greatly appreciated so I can ensure I keep a full schedule and can manage my small business and my finances effectively.

Winter Weather

If winter driving conditions make it unsafe for us to travel during the date of your session, we will plan to make your session virtual. If bad weather is expected, I’ll be reaching out to you to discuss details!
